Membership

In order to apply for membership of the Strikers please follow the four steps below exactly as shown:

1. Right mouse click on the link to the form below and choose Save Target As.

2. Open MS Word and open the file which you have saved to your PC.

3. Press the Refresh Button.

4. Complete the form and save the file.
